Do we need to pre-order what each guest would like beforehand?

No need for pre-orders. Guests can choose their preferences at the point of service. All we ask is for dietary requirements to be communicated in advance for seamless accommodation.

Do you offer a children’s menu?

Yes, we do. Our menu items are highly customizable at the point of service. Whether your child prefers just ketchup or doesn’t fancy pickles, we can make the necessary adjustments to ensure every child is happy.

What is your pricing system?

We employ a regressive pricing system to determine our per-head price quote. This approach considers various factors such as the event date, location, and selected package to tailor a pricing structure that suits your specific needs.

How does your payment system work?

Our payment system involves a 25% deposit upon booking, securing your reservation. The remaining 75% is due four weeks prior to the booking date, streamlining the payment process. For our corporate clients, we recognize the diversity in payment systems and offer tailored solutions to accommodate your unique requirements.

Are all items on each menu available?

Yes, every item featured on each menu is available. You have the flexibility to choose from the full range of offerings without limitations.

Do you offer guest pay on the day services?

No, we do not provide guest pay on the day services. However, for certain events, we offer a refundable minimum spend deposit service. Feel free to inquire for additional details and discuss how this option might suit your specific event requirements.

Travel: Our fully equipped kitchen on wheels allows us to cater for events nationwide, a service we proudly provide. Despite our North West base, our reach extends across the country, with no postcode beyond our travel zone. Corporates in Cardiff, weddings in Wigan and birthdays in Birmingham, we cover it all!
